A Poem Begins

“A poem begins as

a lump in the throat,

a sense of wrong,

a homesickness,

a lovesickness.”

.

~ Robert Frost

.

Elfje:

anew

every ending

is a beginning

going who knows where

living

Haiku:

waiting  seasons change

God said to enjoy this one

no waiting required

Elfje:

cooking

preparing food

enjoying the process

edible delights for all

satisfied

Haiku:

birds singing ‘thank you’

gratitude for just being

man always wants more

ME and the Boss
