one too many games without a helmet
the old mind is losing its merit
can’t remember names or dates
does this lead all men to their fates
going to see the doc next Tuesday
his choice of a supplement to stop the decay
is it worth my money to believe their hype
do I really fit into that old age stereotype
my tailor says I should forget to eat
leave the kitchen if you can’t stand the heat
thinking thin has produced no results
for motivation the wife is hurling insults
growing older has not been fun
but I guess it will happen to everyone
stop worrying, enjoy the day
