“Success is
counted sweetest
by those
ne’er succeed.”

small
not microscopic
somewhere in between
smaller than a breadbox
little

fear creates bigot
one who can never be wrong
your opinion sucks
.
Poem:
.
switch gears
change your mind
let go of fears
let yesterday behind
no more tears
to ugly be blind
focus on love
let the sunshine in
do forgiveness a lot of
kindness is a win win
seek guidance from above
never ever sin
to the ignorant show patience
the best medicine is a good laugh
to the stupid extend tolerance
happiest are those who only take half
perfection is to seek the balance
warrant what will be an honest epitaph
relax
meditate
enjoy life to the max
let karma dictate your fate
let every ending be a happy climax
life should, could and can be great

“When you’re a
student of poetry,
you’re lucky if you
don’t realize how
untalented you are
until you get a little better.
Otherwise,
you would just stop.”

what was he thinking
selfish, greedy, just for me
love involves others
.
Poem:
.
spending the time writing
the devil I am no longer fighting
not chasing or drug seeking
ten per cent know of what I am speaking
twas a long time spent in the black hole
the curse had me under its control
the stinking thinking still remains
in what is left of the burned out brains
one percent will find recovery
a Higher Power leads the discovery
to right the past for which most are unwilling
keeping a constant vigilance is fulfilling
holding hands with like members
knowing that there is strength in numbers
doing together what we could not do alone
building a proud epitaph for the tombstone
