Poem:

.

insecurity leads to jealousy
thinking only about me, me, me
what if I lose the thing I love
was it a push or was it a shove

a healthy love thinks of others
the best examples are our mothers
the things we love have a life of their own
God’s inevitable we cannot postpone

love is the emotion of completeness
the feeling that life is a satisfying sweetness
is it the Creators design that we have a soulmate
why do some souls struggle until it’s too late

life and love are all about change
time is the only thing we cannot exchange
make change easy to swallow, call it growth
and the goal to reach is called an oath

don’t be jealous, be grateful
only the selfish are unfaithful
love today, don’t worry about tomorrow
just let your heart radiate a glorious glow
